Our process is divided into a series of steps, each builds on the previous one. Needs assessment When the client contacts us, we will go through a series questions and answers, review any documents the client may have, identify the target audience and start floating some idea
about possible solutions.
Research and Knowledge Collection At this stage we will further investigate the industry, target audience, existing solutions, what the competition is doing, possible technologies, and any preferences the client might have. Kick Off Meeting This meeting can be done on site, or with today's technology - using of the web conference services which are wildly available. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the stakeholders from the client's side and from Real X' side, verbally discuss scope, schedule, and methodology of development. Scope Document The scope document defines what is the expected outcome of the development and its deliverables. Schedule In this step a top view schedule is created to address the development and deliverables. Design Phase The architecture of the solution, screen shots, database schema, main modules, functional specifications, and other factors are determined in this step. The design document will serve as the blue print to the success of the project. Development The development team follows the specifications created in the design phase. Interim results are presented to the client. Testing and Quality Assurance
The system is going through various tests, based on the context of the application: system test, integration test, load and regression tests, alpha and beta tests. Approval and Delivery The completed, tested system is approved by the client and delivered to them. Transfer of technology and knowledge to the client's team complete the process. Technical Support
Like in any system, users may experience problems which need immediate response. Our technical support desk sorts out the issues and directs them to the right place in the development department. Our team works expediently to fix the problems and bring your system back to normal. |
