Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) has issued its maiden SEC-registered peso retail bonds and exercised its greenshoe option, Bailey Button Ugg Triplet O.J. Howard Jersey bringing the total issue size to PHP 15 billion from 10 billion.
